Proper Paws Dog Training Founded in 2020 by Keecia Reid, Owner and Dedicated Primary Trainer, Based in Arvada CO, serving Denver CO and surrounding areas.

My passion is to teach humans and canines how to communicate better. My goal is to build a more cohesive and understanding relationship between the client and his best friend. I am a positive reinforcement, reward-based trainer with several years of experience in developing and running training programs. I am known for my reprogramming of aggressive/guarding behaviors as well as educating clients about canine behavior and positive reinforcement training methodologies. The reactive dogs I have trained have anything from dog-to-dog reactivity to dog-to-human reactivity and/or fear reactivity. I never use any adverse methods and always come from a place of empathy. AKC certified, I enjoy running puppy socializing classes and private and group obedience training sessions.
